AI/ML Solutions Developer Opportunity

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to design, develop and maintain robust AI/ML solutions.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in Python development with expertise in machine learning models, data pipelines, APIs and integration of AI solutions into enterprise applications.
  • Candidates should be proficient in writing high-quality code with proper testing and documentation.
  • A proven track record of delivering production-ready AI/ML-driven applications is required.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms for deploying AI/ML solutions is also desirable.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with a focus on Python.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms and system design.
  • Mentorship skills and ability to guide junior developers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in building intelligent agents or AI-powered products.
  • Prior experience in mentoring AI/ML development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop and maintain robust AI/ML solutions.
  2. Implement and optimize machine learning models, data pipelines and APIs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.
  4. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI/ML and Python development.

Requirements:

  1. Strong understanding of databases, APIs and CI/CD practices.
  2. Ability to stay updated with the latest AI/ML frameworks, libraries and tools.
  3. Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-driven applications in production.
  4. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI/ML solutions.

Nice to Have:

  1. Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, RAG models or Agentic AI.
  2. Experience in building intelligent agents or AI-powered products.
  3. Prior experience in mentoring AI/ML development teams.
