We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our customer development efforts in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the supply chain industry. A proven track record of achieving sales growth for major customers is essential.

You will be responsible for retaining and growing business at key FMCG emitters, distributors, and automotive customers in India. This will involve managing pilots or trials at customers, monitoring market information to alert us to opportunities and competitive threats, and delivering effective communications and presentations to promote our re-useable and returnable supply chain packaging solutions.

Additionally, you will develop and execute special pooling equipment projects within local customer programs, and design solutions for pallet flows and automotive business. You will also work closely with our sales team to profitably grow accounts and create flow solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field;
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the supply chain industry;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth for major customers;
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market and supply chain landscape;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹25 lakhs - ₹40 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Estimated Salary: ₹32,50,000 per annum
