Key Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation concepts, including email marketing, segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping.

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and execution of marketing campaigns.

Additionally, the candidate should have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing automation processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with other Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, is a bonus.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust marketing solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This includes configuring and customizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet specific business needs, creating data extensions, implementing dynamic content, and managing subscriber lists.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Designing and developing complex SQL queries and data-driven automation processes to manipulate and transform data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, such as CRM platforms or external data sources, using APIs and custom integration methods.
  • Building and Validating HTML and CSS.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting marketing automation processes, ensuring data integrity, campaign deliverability, and optimal system performance.
  • Conducting quality assurance testing to validate the accuracy and functionality of marketing automation campaigns and journeys.
  • Creating Reports and Dashboards to measure KPIs of campaigns
  • Performing Root Cause Analysis if KPIs are not achieved.

It would be beneficial to have experience in Advertising Studio, Datorama, Einstein Analytics.

The chosen candidate will be able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
