Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive unit productivity by identifying, interviewing and selecting new AADM from natural market and through networking.

Main Responsibilities
  • Meet unit targets and achieve revenue goals
  • Implement the GOLD system and oversee the activity plan of Sales Managers & Agents
  • Track key performance indicators for the unit including AFYP, case rate, annual mode business, persistency, paid cases per agent, YTD appointments, AADM appointments, pro-active agent retention, annual FYC standards and execute plans for growth of the agency
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years experience in sales and sales management, recruitment, supervision and development of people if holding an MBA
  • A graduate should have a minimum of 7-8 years experience in the above domain
  • Local market exposure and experience in process-driven quality sales organizations
  • Graduate preferably with an MBA or equivalent experience
Measures of Success
  • MODULE, CGPA, AFYP, culture, case rate, recruitment, retention, persistency, GOLD Audit Rating, active retention and number of promotions
