Financial Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Manager to lead our key financial operations, reporting, and compliance processes.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and strategic planning. This role demands a mix of analytical thinking, hands-on accounting expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and statutory records.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
  • Process reimbursements and handle bank reconciliations.
  • Create Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support strategic decision-making through data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including HR, Admin, and leadership, for payroll, taxation, and operations.
  • Support financial planning for internal initiatives and business goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
Technical Skills
  • Strong command over Indian accounting standards and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial tools; experience with accounting software.
  • Experience handling audits, payroll systems, and statutory filings.
Soft Skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
