Financial Planning Specialist

The General and Administrative teams provide a strong foundation for growth. They strive to support and scale the company by growing their workforce, nurturing an amazing culture and work environment, supporting financial and legal operations, and maintaining global infrastructure.

We're looking for an experienced Financial Planning Specialist to be part of our FP&A team. You will play a crucial role in supporting customer-facing organizations, including professional services sales teams and deployment and delivery support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights and align key performance indicators (KPIs) with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate financial forecasts and deliver detailed reports for enhanced performance management
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support investment analysis, scenario planning, and resource allocation decisions
  • Track and analyze KPIs for customer-facing teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize investments
  • Manage headcount forecasting alongside HR and leaders to align staffing with business goals and operational needs
Requirements:
  • CA/Master's degree in finance, economics, strategy, business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or related roles
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Structured Query Language or other comparable visualization tools
