Cloud Financial Planning and Analytics Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Financial Planning and Analytics professional to join our team. As a specialist in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuration and Deployment: Configure and deploy EPBCS modules (Workforce, Financials, Capex, Projects, Custom) to meet business requirements.
  • Implementation and Maintenance: Implement and maintain FCCS for close, consolidation, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Business Rules Development: Develop business rules, forms, dashboards, and Smart View templates to support financial planning and analytics needs.
  • Data Integration: Manage data integration using Data Management / EPM Integration Agent to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Finance Partnership: Partner with finance teams to support budgeting and closing cycles, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Performance Tuning: Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and user support to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Best Practices Alignment: Ensure metadata, security, and workflow alignment with best practices to maintain data quality and security.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • EPBCS and FCCS Expertise: At least 2+ years each in EPBCS and FCCS.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Deep understanding of FP&A, consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and currency translations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Calculation Manager / Business Rules, Smart View / Web Studio Reporting, Data Management / Integration Agent.
  • Familiarity with Automate and APIs: Familiarity with Oracle EPM Automate, REST APIs, and metadata management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
