Director of Client Success

We seek an accomplished professional to lead our client servicing function, driving strategic growth and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 6–10 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in advertising, branding, or digital agencies).
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in managing large accounts and multi-industry clients.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Team leader and mentor, capable of guiding and inspiring others.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering value.
