Network Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Team Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in data center networking, including 1-3 years in Software Defined Networking (SDN) for private cloud & virtualization.

About the Role

  • Design and architect cloud network infrastructure, including physical and SDN network frameworks.
  • Maintain high availability, flexibility, and network performance, ensuring SLA is met.
  • Update infrastructure documentation, collaborating with team members on day-to-day changes, incidents, and requests.
  • Lead a team of Network Engineers, providing technical expertise and guidance, evaluating performance, and offering feedback.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, assessing risks and providing recommendations.
  • Develop solution presentations and technical proposals for cloud network infrastructure.
  • Manage technical validation activities, including Proof of Concept.

Requirements

  • Hands-on expertise and mentorship with 80% technical and 20% managerial capabilities.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining DataCenter networks, L2/L3 technologies, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.
  • Fundamentals and understanding of WAN & Routing technologies, Security technologies, Switching, QoS, Network monitoring Protocols & Tools, and SDN Technologies.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, project management, and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Experience managing a team of minimum 4 people.
