Job Opportunity: Associate Director
About the Role:- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assume the position of Associate Director.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and updating external and internal business presentations, gathering data from senior leaders and business heads.
- They will partner with stakeholders to develop analyses and documentation across various business units.
- Maintaining financial awareness and informing decision-making processes will also be key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, manage, and centralize data sets for analysis and future business development strategies.
- Analyze and communicate data trends, providing ongoing evaluations and maintaining a comprehensive business database.
Reporting and Insights:
- Prepare monthly/quarterly business trackers and reports on commercial real estate market trends.
- Provide relevant data and insights to the team, assisting in monitoring market trends and providing strategic direction.
Leadership and Support:
- Supervise junior resources involved in data collection and analysis.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying process improvements and recommending new technologies.
