We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the brand's positioning to attract and engage target communities globally.
  • Craft compelling content both visually and graphically in coordination with respective teams, manage PR relations, and execute social media campaigns to reach and influence the target communities.
  • Plan, curate, and execute immersive experiences through storytelling initiatives that allow the target community to build an emotional connection with the brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand identity consistency and implementation of brand tone messaging on all platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, experiential events) tailored for the target community globally in the art and design space.
  • Analyze campaign performance and alter strategies to optimize results both offline and online while monitoring ROI.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of luxury marketing and PR strategies, including brand positioning and storytelling.
  • The ability to effectively communicate and present the brand through print and digital media.
  • Strong skills in content creation and management, event organization, collaboration, and exhibition planning in line with the brand's overall marketing plans.
  • A creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of the global ultra-luxury art and design community, particularly in the USA, UAE, UK, and Europe.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Prior experience in the luxury industry is essential. A postgraduate degree in luxury brand management or marketing from a reputable institution is preferred.
