Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our marketing efforts. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence.
- Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Create and execute innovative marketing plans to boost brand visibility across digital channels.
- Lead the development of engaging content to drive audience growth and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a strong online presence through strategic content creation and social media management.
- Website and Content Coordination:
- Work closely with website developers to optimize content and improve performance.
- Coordinate with content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Campaign Management:
- Design and execute targeted email campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
- Event Management:
- Plan and execute virtual and physical marketing events to enhance brand impact.
- Social Media and Employer Branding:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to strengthen our employer brand.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT or system integration sector.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, content management, and event coordination.
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent coordination skills to work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners.
- Able to independently drive marketing strategy and execute tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms.
