E-commerce Relationship Building

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team at Witbloom Consultants.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key e-commerce clients.

You will analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve process efficiency and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of overall experience, including at least 1 year as a Team Leader in an e-commerce process.

  • Main point of contact for key e-commerce clients.
  • Drive performance to meet SLAs and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and optimize operations.
