At Envie, we are seeking a talented E-commerce Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key e-commerce clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to strategize and implement successful sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Business Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform decision-making and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Account Performance Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance to stakeholders.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationships, strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics and trends, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
