Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Audit Manager to lead our Commercial audit team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in US GAAP and GAAS, as well as strong leadership skills.

About the Role:

The Audit Manager will be responsible for conducting financial statements audits, leading a team of accounting and auditing experts, and performing independent research on accounting and auditing matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting financial statements audits in conformity with US GAAP and US GAAS.
  • Leading a team of accounting and auditing experts to achieve high-quality audit results.
  • Performing independent research on accounting and auditing matters to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Building strong working relationships with peers, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure effective teamwork.
  • Presentation and disclosure impact analysis to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely information.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in US GAAP and GAAS.
  • Certified Chartered Accountant or other qualified professionals in the accounting and tax fields.
  • Knowledge of Caseware and Caseview preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work based on urgency of projects.
  • Ready to learn new software and technologies to stay current with industry developments.
  • Quick learner, enthusiastic, positive demeanor, and a team player.
  • Able to work long hours during busy season times.
