We are seeking an experienced Product Growth Manager to lead the growth and performance of our financial products. This role offers end-to-end responsibility for assigned products, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Leadership:
    • Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
    • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing plans, and executing on key initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with data science, product, brand, marketing, and online/offline acquisition teams to drive business outcomes.
    • Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and own the GTM strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
    • Work closely with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive messaging.
  • Business Planning & Projections:
    • Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, annual operating plans, and continuous performance tracking.
    • Ensure targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.
  • Key Business Metrics Ownership:
    • Drive key business metrics, including customer acquisition cost, revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Growth Programs & Campaign Execution:
    • Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
    • Optimize growth initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on long-term customer value.
  • Partnerships & Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
  • Continuous Experimentation & Optimization:
    • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
    • Analyze customer behavior data to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in driving growth for tech startups or established brands, with a proven track record in growing digital products and services.
  • Experience in owning the P&L of a product/category, and driving growth in high-performance environments.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive growth.
