As a Global Customer Service Expert, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction to clients worldwide.
Your primary objective will be to provide top-notch support to customers by translating English content into multiple languages.
You will be responsible for engaging with customers through various channels in a professional manner, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
In addition to this, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:- Understanding products and services offered by our company
- Supporting customers via email ticketing systems, social media, and phone calls
- Resolving customer complaints and queries in a timely and effective manner
- Providing detailed information to customers and maintaining accurate records of each interaction
- Developing and delivering training sessions to enhance the skills of new employees
- Fostering exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Negotiating terms and conditions with customers as needed
- Crafting high-quality content for our team in line with marketing requirements
- Contribute to the development of social media and website content
- Exceptional fluency in spoken and written languages, including Spanish and Portuguese
- Strong command over grammar and spelling in multiple languages
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in providing customer support in respective languages
- Candidates with experience supporting international customers via call or chat will be preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
