Job Description

  • Create and implement strategic social media plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable revenue.
  • Develop and execute 90-day growth strategies with revenue goals, follower milestones, brand positioning, and campaign calendars.
  • Design and launch impactful campaigns and storytelling hooks tied to cultural moments.
  • Manage and optimize performance-driven funnels from social to landing pages and conversions.
  • Track core metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CAC, ROAS, and LTV from social channels.
  • Lead a team of professionals to manage social media content and campaigns.
  • Expand community ecosystems on WhatsApp, Telegram, and closed groups, turning followers into loyal customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with revenue, brand, and employer branding goals.
  • Continuously experiment with formats, tools, and platforms, scaling only what drives revenue and reach.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience leading social media for high-growth consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts from 100k to 1M+ or driving multi-crore revenue via social media.
  • Strong grasp of paid and organic integration, including ads, influencer collaborations, and affiliate tie-ins.
  • Analytical and creative skills, with expertise in Google Analytics and Meta Suite.
  • Excellent communication, positioning, and community engagement skills.
  • Prior experience in team building and agency management.
  • Passion for spirituality/astrology or openness to immerse in the category.
