Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary Cyber Security Lead to help achieve our vision and foster professional growth. The ideal candidate will identify and propose effective cybersecurity measures using existing tools and open-source solutions. They will design and implement incident response processes, including detailed reporting. Additionally, they will manage significant information security incidents, developing plans and generating reports.

This role requires proactive identification and mitigation of emerging threats, ensuring seamless communication across teams. The successful candidate will detect and respond to cyber threats, implementing remediation controls and performing regular GRC assessments. Hardening reviews of endpoints, networks, and servers will also be a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cybersecurity Measures: Identify and propose effective cybersecurity measures using existing tools and open-source solutions.
  • Incident Response: Design and implement incident response processes, including detailed reporting.
  • Threat Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate emerging threats, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
  • Cyber Threat Detection: Detect and respond to cyber threats, implementing remediation controls and performing regular GRC assessments.
  • Security Compliance: Perform hardening reviews of endpoints, networks, and servers, ensuring comprehensive security compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Cyber Security, with a strong understanding of network and endpoint security principles.
  • Technical Skills: Technical skills in SIEM, IDAM, PIM/PAM, Breach Attack Simulation, Micro Segmentation, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, Hypervisors).
  • Vulnerability Scanning: Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions, ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities.
  • Industry Standards: Knowledge of industry standards (SSAE16, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GLBA, FISMA, NIST, ISO27000, CobiT, ISF, OWASP, SANS).
