**Job Title:** Social Media Professional

About the Role

This position involves creating engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of social media trends.

The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A background in design and video editing is also essential, with proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, including posts, reels, and stories
  2. Edit and produce videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
  3. Maintain and update posting calendars across all social media channels
  4. Collaborate with travel advisors to collect images, videos, and travel highlights
  5. Evaluate post performance and suggest creative improvements based on analytics
  6. Stay updated on social media trends, new content formats, and platform features
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation
  • Strong proficiency in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (basic to intermediate level)
  • BASIC video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage a posting calendar
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
