We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Accounting Professional to join our team as an F&A Trainer. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in accounting principles and F&A concepts, complemented by strong communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with delivery leadership to assess and address F&A capability development needs, ensuring the organization's training programs meet evolving business requirements.
  • Design and deliver onboarding, pre-process, and process-specific training programs that cater to the diverse needs of finance professionals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during new transitions, guaranteeing employee readiness and knowledge retention through comprehensive training sessions.
  • Develop and deliver customized training content on soft skills, communication, and domain-specific topics based on industry and client demands.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities, providing actionable insights for strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to develop e-learning modules and training manuals that enhance employee knowledge and proficiency.
  • Facilitate interactive classroom and virtual training sessions that foster engagement and participation among trainees.
  • Maintain accurate records of trainee performance and ensure audit readiness through centralized documentation.
  • Generate regular training reports for leadership, providing valuable insights into training effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to new hires and existing employees to support their professional growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as an F&A trainer is highly desirable, with a proven track record of delivering successful training programs.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting tools, with expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software such as Yardi, RealPage, or Entrata.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and convey complex information effectively.
