Drive financial performance and project success as a Senior Cost Manager. Create controls to lead and administer construction cost control systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
">Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive financial models for projects from early phase planning through closeout.
- Analyse large data sets using Excel and other Microsoft tools to drive informed decision-making.
- Produce executive-level reports on project financial performance.
- Implement effective cost coding structures within construction teams and integrate with financial systems.
- Formulate key performance indicators to monitor project performance and identify potential issues.
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to maintain control throughout the project life cycle.
">Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 13+ years' experience in construction cost management with expertise in preconstruction planning, cost management strategies, and construction accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team environment, and excellent communication skills.
This role is based out of India with hybrid remote working arrangements. Ability to travel up to 25% is required.
