About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving energy transition and delivering sustainable solutions at a global scale.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in testing and service, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for performing validation and testing against system specifications, establishing performance and quality criteria, and evaluating engineering systems and processes.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers and technicians on daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform validation and testing against system specifications.
  • Establish performance and quality criteria.
  • Evaluate engineering systems and processes.
  • Ensure products meet industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain testing equipment.
  • Investigate and fix issues during testing.
  • Maintain records of test results, findings, and validation reports.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Testing/Service Engineer.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of instruments like Oscilloscope, Multimeter, HV tester, Megger Meter etc.
  • Product knowledge of DC/AC, DC/DC converter, UPS, Drives, Transformer, Breakers etc.
  • Ability to work with high voltage systems (1500 Vdc and 800 Vac).
  • Excellent electrical, mathematical, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electrical or Power Electronics Engineering.
  • 6-10 years of experience in testing roles in power electronics or similar industries.
