Job Overview

Project T&C Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of testing and commissioning projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical processes, with experience in test engineering and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define clear acceptance criteria for train testing and commissioning
  • Responsible for serial testing and commissioning activities
  • Collaborate with site teams to provide and manage train managers and drivers
  • Definition of expected vehicle configuration and quality level at handover milestones
  • Make go/no-go decisions on testing and commissioning
  • Accountable for contract documentation and associated workload
  • Supervise customer acceptance performance and integrate component contributions
  • Ensure testability of trains/vehicles through early contact with engineering
  • Comply with project QCD commitments and CPR process
  • Interface with warranty implementation teams and ensure EHS considerations
  • Report deviations, near-misses, and accidents
  • Capture and report non-conformities and ensure proper management
  • Ensure REX is fully considered
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways or factory automation
  • Fluent in English language
  • Strong leadership skills and result-driven mindset
  • Ability to foster communication between multiple stakeholders
  • Ability for negotiation, problem-solving, and efficient decision-making
  • Team spirit approach and good communication skills
