
Crafting Compelling Marketing Strategies

As a skilled Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and implementing impactful campaigns that drive measurable results across various marketing channels. Your primary focus will be on developing performance-aligned content and assets, executing campaigns that directly fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute content for paid acquisition channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create landing pages, ad copy, email journeys, WhatsApp flows, and nurture funnels that drive conversions.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to test, iterate, and optimize creatives.
Design and deliver top-of-funnel (awareness), mid-funnel (consideration), and bottom-of-funnel (conversion) marketing campaigns. Support referral and partnership-driven growth programs by creating incentive-driven marketing assets. Manage and track campaign performance, ensuring timely delivery and reporting.
Offline & Event MarketingAssist in planning and executing events, workshops, and offline activations. Coordinate campaigns with city-based teams for outreach, community engagement, and lead generation.
Community & Influencer MarketingCollaborate with influencers and creators to expand reach among parents and students. Support community-driven initiatives like webinars, microsites, and offline meetups.
Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with product, partnerships, and business teams to deliver marketing support for all product lines. Work with designers, video editors, and external vendors to ensure high-quality creative execution.
