Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and develop innovative strategies to drive engagement and growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our gaming community, gathering feedback and suggestions to inform our content strategy.
  • Craft and execute dynamic marketing campaigns around in-game events, producing engaging promotional materials and content strategies that drive acquisition and engagement.
  • Lead social media management across platforms, crafting a consistent brand voice and publishing compelling local content on a weekly basis.
  • Analyze user preferences and social media metrics to continuously optimize content strategies and maximize audience engagement.
  • Provide detailed qualitative and quantitative reports on campaign and social media performance, offering actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with streamers, influencers, and key opinion leaders to amplify brand reach and generate buzz.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, aligned, and high-quality content delivery to our users.
  • Collaborate with agencies, celebrities, or other partners to improve organic traffic and engagement for the brand.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong expertise in planning and executing successful game launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of social media management, content creation, and community engagement strategies, especially for the gaming community.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Possession of passion for gaming and interest in Cricket is an added advantage.
