Job Description">

The Senior Specialist, Market Research will oversee the primary market research function in collaboration with the Team Leader. Responsibilities include framing business questions to inform team strategy, developing research and analysis plans, drafting requests for proposals, selecting agency partners, managing the research process, adhering to compliance requirements, and modifying plans as changing business needs dictate.

Minimum Qualifications">
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field is required; an MBA or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Public Health, Policy, Pharmacy, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science is preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • At least 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or management consulting industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to apply market research methods and models, converse with basic research techniques.
  • Collaborative orientation, team leadership ability, and ongoing learning interest.
  • Independence, effective communication, and desire to lead change.

  • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
