Content Coordinator

  • Work closely with Project Managers to coordinate and manage content publishing schedules.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to publish site content for different projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Content Manager in managing all aspects of online content platforms and implementing a content strategy across all platforms.
  2. Maintain website content to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
  3. Design, create, and edit images and graphics for web and print purposes.
  4. Work with the Content Manager to develop a marketing plan for clients/products.

Requirements:

  • An energetic, enthusiastic, and creative individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to handle pressure and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Experience creating and managing content across various platforms.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and basic technical knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, and CSS.

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience in social media management or web publishing.
