At our organization, we are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Junior UI/UX Designer.

This is an opportunity for you to gain valuable experience working on a complex project and contribute to shaping a next-generation user experience.

As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for a comprehensive digital platform integrating advanced technologies like AI, data analytics, and Web3.

  • You will assist in all stages of the design process, from initial concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototyping.
  • You will help translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions that provide a seamless experience for users.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
  • Help develop and maintain the project's design system and style guides to ensure visual consistency across all products.
  • Design individual UI elements such as menus, tabs, forms, and widgets with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
  • Closely collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and to provide any necessary design assets.
  • Participate in user research activities, such as usability testing and user interviews, to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
  • Presentation of design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribution to the design of both consumer-facing applications and complex backend administrative portals.

Requirements include 1-2+ years of experience in a UI/UX design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications. Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools is also required.

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Ability to create clean, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces.
  • A collaborative team player with good communication skills, able to articulate design rationale.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms, as well as basic understanding of HTML and CSS capabilities, are also desirable.
