Transformation Specialist

  • Monitor Progress: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate plans and progress to key stakeholders, including leadership and employees, to ensure alignment and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Digital Technologies: Understanding of cloud computing, IT, OT, and cybersecurity.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Business Acumen: Business acumen and ability to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Change Management: Knowledge of change management methodologies.
  • Business Model: Overall understanding of business model, functions, and their input/outputs.
  • Education: BE in Electronics, IT, Comps, Comps Science, Electrical, or Electronix.
