We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

- Order Processing: Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure accurate information is captured in the system.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
- Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and provide additional support if needed.
- Billing Inquiries: Handle billing inquiries, payment issues, and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- Knowledge Update: Stay updated on product/service changes, policies, and best practices to provide accurate information to customers.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to improving customer service processes and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
