Demand Planner Job Profile

As a seasoned professional in the field of demand planning, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts. Your expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis will be instrumental in identifying trends and patterns to inform strategic supply chain decisions.

We are seeking an experienced demand planner with 8-10 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting for consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries. Proficiency in Kinaxis Maestro is highly desirable.

  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to drive business performance
  • Analyze historical data and identify trends and patterns to inform strategic supply chain initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Maintain strong expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of S&OP and S&OE processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days of work from the office. Morning shift timing is between 7 AM and 4 PM IST.
