This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of autonomy and independence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules, including Demand Management, Predictive Trade Planning, and Deductions & Settlement Management (DSM).

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations. You will design and configure Demantra workflows, forecast trees, and engine tuning based on demand data. Additionally, you will provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization for Demantra applications.

You will also develop and execute data extraction queries, manage Demantra tables, and ensure data integrity. Furthermore, you will support integration with Oracle VCP (Value Chain Planning) and other ERP modules.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who has a strong understanding of forecasting algorithms, trade promotion planning, and demand analytics. You should have proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Demantra data model. Experience with Oracle ASCP, EBS, and VCP is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should be able to analyze complex issues, debug problems, and provide solutions for Demantra.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to coordinate with Oracle and business stakeholders. You should also be able to perform impact analysis, detail solution design, and conduct unit testing and integration testing.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra
