**Required Skills and Qualifications:

\
  • Online Charging Expertise: A minimum of 13 years of experience in online charging systems, including at least 4-5 years in a solution architect position focused on Matrixx online charging systems is required.\
  • Deep Understanding: In-depth understanding of online and offline charging principles, as well as proven hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using the Matrixx Digital Commerce Platform (DCP), is essential.\
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python & Shell scripting, expertise in 3GPP standards for charging, including Diameter interfaces (Gy, Gx, Sy) and 5G Service Based Architecture (SBA) interfaces (Nchf), and experience with Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) / Policy Control Function (PCF) integration are required skills.\
  • Cloud Computing: Hands-on experience with databases such as Oracle, Snowflake, and MongoDB on cloud platforms, as well as exposure to AWS and CI/CD, are highly desirable.\
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality technical documentation and present to leadership teams, are necessary for success in this role.
