About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to manage company policies, ensure statutory compliance, and streamline administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR and administrative practices.
- Maintain accurate employee documentation and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Ensure adherence to internal HR procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Monitor labor law compliance, workplace safety protocols, and audit readiness.
- Coordinate regular fire extinguisher checks and conduct fire drills.
- Collaborate with external consultants for regulatory audits and certifications.
- Oversee facility management, including vendor coordination and AMC renewals.
- Manage office assets, housekeeping, courier services, stationery, and utilities.
- Prepare comprehensive compliance checklists and monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
- Knowledge of labor laws, workplace safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
