Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and coordinate various tasks within our team. This role involves effective communication with clients, processing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and managing calls and emails related to adverse events, product quality complaints, medical information, and general inquiries. They will process and register cases, check for duplicates, and follow up on inquiries through phone and email as needed.

This position requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a medical information contact center (MICC) role.
  • A graduate or post-graduate degree in life sciences.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and coordination.

You will also possess a detail-oriented and friendly attitude, ensuring timely escalation to a supervisor when necessary.
