Role Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Medical Affairs Associate to support our clinical education, academic partnerships, and medical marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BPT graduates who are interested in transitioning into medical affairs, healthcare innovation, and academic engagement.
As a key part of the medical affairs team, you will work on academic outreach, CME coordination, clinician training support, and conference participation - enabling wider adoption of our products through informed clinical communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Outreach & Clinical Education
- Assist in mapping and engaging academic institutions (medical, AYUSH, physiotherapy, public health).
- Coordinate hands-on training programs, webinars, and clinical awareness sessions.
- Support development and delivery of CME modules, presentations, and certification programs.
- Help maintain outreach trackers and documentation of academic activities.
Clinical Marketing Support
- Create and review clinically accurate communication materials (presentations, posters, brochures).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align scientific narratives across campaigns.
- Respond to basic clinical queries from customers and partners, escalating as required.
Conference & Event Participation
- Support event planning, logistics, and execution at national-level conferences.
- Facilitate on-ground engagement, product demonstrations, and information capture.
- Collect testimonials, event photos, and feedback for internal and external communication.
Internal Training & Documentation
- Prepare training content and tools for internal teams, distributors, and partner clinicians.
- Maintain SOPs, FAQs, and quick-reference documents for internal use.
- Support knowledge-sharing within the organization through medical insights.
Candidate Profile:
Required:
- BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BPT or equivalent qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in medical technology, education, and strategic healthcare communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Prior experience in medical affairs, clinical marketing, or CME coordination
- Familiarity with medical events, academic programs, or clinician training
- Comfort with basic design or presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences or academic programs
