As a strategic and data-driven Revenue Manager, you will lead pricing and forecasting across our boutique hotels.

This high-impact role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to strategy execution. You will work closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams to drive performance through revenue strategies.

  • Own and execute the revenue management strategy
  • Analyze key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, and lead times to identify opportunities and implement rate updates
  • Prepare regular forecast reports and dashboards
  • Monitor performance metrics including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing, booking window, and segmentation trends
  • Use PMS software to adjust rates, manage restrictions, and optimize inventory
  • Conduct competitive set analysis and track market demand drivers, local events, and seasonal trends
  • Develop and manage OTA pricing, availability, and promotions
  • Generate and present performance reports to leadership
  • Evaluate pricing strategies and promote process improvements
