About the Role:

The Senior Business Consultant (Level 2) plays a crucial role in driving project success by leveraging software and industry expertise, while mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide industry-specific guidance and troubleshooting during discovery workshops, design, implementation, testing, and production support for client business needs within the Endur solution.
  • Present the Endur solution to client users, ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Support Technical Consultants' deliverables by offering business and functional expertise, reviewing, testing, and validating scripted solutions as directed by the Product Manager.
  • Consult with client users to identify business requirements and work processes addressed by one or more areas of the Endur solution.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge in one or more Endur configuration areas and energy commodities.
  • Offer guidance to Business Consultants in one or more functional areas of the Endur solution.
  • Assist in delivering best practices for services as directed by the Line Manager.
  • Take on hands-on project implementation duties across all phases of the Endur implementation, reporting to the Project Manager.
  • Gather and document business requirements, configuration designs, test plans/results, and other deliverables as determined by the Project Manager and Lead Business Consultant.
  • Maintain the Line Manager and Project Manager(s) informed regarding the status of assigned responsibilities.
  • Adhere to implementation best practices in one or more functional areas of the ION solution throughout all functional design, specifications, custom coding, unit testing, and other deliverables.
  • Follow ION documentation standards and resolution process flow for all deliverables.
  • Main chargeability on client account(s) as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Openlink Endur product experience in implementations per role profile.
  • 4-6 years' experience in ETRM industry, systems implementation, or similar project exposure, preferably in a consulting or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related IT field, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work as part of a project team structure.
  • Ability to work onsite at client locations.
  • Direct experience at ION or other Software Company in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Endur installations in client environments.
  • Industry experience or consulting experience.
  • Systems experience.
  • Strong client-facing skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
