Oracle HCM Consultant: Strategic Growth Expert

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in day-to-day operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
  2. Provide support to the Oracle HCM managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  4. Monitor service performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration with other systems.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM updates and industry trends to provide informed support to clients.
  7. Assist in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  8. Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to senior team members.
  9. Proven expertise and hands-on experience on incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, related to at least 1 of the following areas: HR Core, Payroll (US and Canada), Benefits, Fast Formulas, and Other modules in Oracle HR suite.
  10. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  11. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM services or similar roles.
  12. Good knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and functionalities, with at least one certification (level 2 support).
  13. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  15. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  16. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  17. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  18. Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
