Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished data platform architect to lead the design and optimization of modern data ecosystems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee Databricks architecture, development & operations strategies.
  • Create and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines with Python (PySpark) for data processing.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git/DevOps tools for efficient workflows.
  • Design scalable data lakes, warehouses & lakehouses for streamlined data management.
  • Optimize Databricks clusters, jobs & workflows (batch & streaming) for enhanced performance.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a proven track record.
  • Strong expertise in Databricks & Apache Spark with hands-on Unity Catalog knowledge.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Git integration, and automation for efficient workflow setup.
  • A solid understanding of ETL pipeline creation, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, and similar technologies.
