Job Title: Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and excellent leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily activities, ensuring compliance with WIS and HIRA guidelines, and promoting a culture of safe working practices within the testing team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily activities to ensure compliance with WIS and HIRA guidelines.
  • Actively identify and intervene in unsafe acts and conditions during testing.
  • Perform calibration, maintenance, and upgradation of testing equipment.
  • Ensure all trolleys and equipment used in the testing area are in good working condition.
  • Enforce compliance with EHS points on the shop floor as per guidelines.
  • Support in addressing technical queries of technicians with the help of FAT Leads.
  • Promote a culture of safe working practices within the testing team.
  • Assist in developing the testing skills of the team.
  • Manage subordinates' topics like attendance, expense claims, daily output, and behavior.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering with 6 to 8 years of experience, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 8 to 10 years of experience in MV panel testing of AIS switchgear products.
  • Preference for Electrical Safety Diploma.
  • Exposure to field services or commissioning activities at sites is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills to communicate technical information within Siemens.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of EHS guidelines to be followed during electrical/mechanical testing.
