As a Desktop Support Expert, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and reliability of an organization's IT environment.

About This Role
  • Maintain and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including endpoint management, user provisioning, and issue resolution.
  • Utilize proactive monitoring tools for troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access to collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incident and service request management process to ensure timely resolution of user issues and requests.
  • Provide support for external file sharing platforms, video conferencing solutions, and mobile devices.
  • Configure and map network drives and printers for users as needed.

We are looking for a skilled desktop support expert who can provide excellent customer service and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications, as well as experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and other network administration tools.

Responsibilities: Administer Microsoft Intune, utilize Nexthink, manage user accounts, facilitate consultant onboarding/offboarding, provide support for collaboration tools, troubleshoot Zscaler/network connectivity issues, configure network drives and printers, and assist with video conferencing solutions.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, 5-7 years of experience in desktop support or similar role, strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications, familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and other network administration tools, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
