Job Title: P&C Business Optimization Specialist


In this role, you will perform day-to-day operational activities along with the team, continuously aiming for operational excellence. You will be interacting with external and internal clients on a daily basis to help resolve issues, analyze process gaps and identify automation opportunities wherever required. Your goal is to enhance efficiency optimization and contribute to overall strategy and client service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support respective teams on a range of operational management activities and bring rigor and discipline to various related tasks
  • Work effectively with stakeholders to support a broad range of operational, and reporting activities at various levels
  • Communicate key business activities on relevant mediums
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by analyzing processes and managing issue resolution
  • Be an integral part of the business growth enabler team, identifying operational excellence and automation at each stage
  • First level user support according to KPIs in place
  • Streamline processes and collaborate with stakeholders for timely & quality delivery
  • Identify process inefficiencies through gap analysis and outline sensible solutions
  • Promote solutions externally at local client events, conferences etc.

About You and Qualifications:


As a qualified professional, you possess the following skills and qualifications:


  • University degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years experience, preferably in the re/insurance industry
  • Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Previous experience in an operations role seen as positive

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Sophisticated user of MS Office suite (in particular Excel)
  • Organization skills demonstrated through project, team or committee management
  • Analytical skills regarding technical and financial data
  • Ability to present complex situations in an easily understandable way
