Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of various projects. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with business objectives, meet timelines, and adhere to budget constraints.

About You:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT or related domains with 6+ years of tenure
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical teams

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the project planning process, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  2. Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are achieved
  3. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage expectations and dependencies
  4. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to minimize project impact and ensure smooth execution
  5. Efficiently manage project resources and timelines
  6. Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
