Business Development Professional

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Professional to take on the role of identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and customer needs, informing business development strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to create brand awareness and promotional strategies that drive business growth.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and forecasts, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in data analysis and presentation design.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
