Job Title: UC Engineer - Cloud and On-Premise Voice Network Solutions

Description:

Our organization is seeking an experienced UC Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco Contact Center Enterprise components, a passion for delivering seamless customer experiences, and excellent collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Efficient Call Flows: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient call flows.
  • Configure UCCE Components: Install and configure UCCE components including ICM, CVP, CUIC, Finesse, CCMP, VVB, CUSP.
  • Provide Consulting and Technical Support: Provide consulting and technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UCCE components and deployments.
  • Participate in Solution Design Discussions: Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to high-level architecture planning.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven Experience in Installation and Configuration of UCCE Components: Proven experience in installation and configuration of UCCE components.
  • Strong Consulting Skills: Strong consulting skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Basic Troubleshooting and Design Knowledge: Basic troubleshooting and design knowledge of UCCE components and call flows.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • High-Level Design Understanding of UCCE Architecture: High-level design understanding of UCCE architecture.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of CVP Deployment Model Call Flows: In-depth knowledge of CVP deployment model call flows.
