About the Job
Level 3 Network Engineer is a key role in Network Management Services, responsible for overseeing and advancing the network architecture between the Service Provider and the Client. This position requires expertise in 24x7 monitoring, problem resolution, and optimization of LAN, WAN, and Unified Communications. The Level 3 Network Engineer will act as a single point of contact for the management and administration of the Network Center of Excellence (CoE) and collaborate with the client and 3rd parties to meet and exceed performance standards.
Skill Requirements:
- Lead 24x7 monitoring of Network LAN, WAN, and Unified Communications for availability, utilization, performance, and capacity.
- Good experience in SolarWinds and other Network monitoring tools.
- Relevant certifications in network technologies (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Aruba) preferred
- Strong experience in Routers, Switches, and Firewalls (Palo Alto Networks PA Series and Panorama) is required.
- Proficiency in leading and troubleshooting complex network architectures.
- Coordinate with the Client and its 3rd parties (e.g., Hardware/Software suppliers, carriers, service providers) to exceed Performance Standards.
- Support advanced Network protocols, including the provision of Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs) and Access Control Lists (ACLs) for security and performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the management and administration of the Network Center of Excellence (CoE).
