  • The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize NetSuite solutions for Record to Report processes.">
  • He/She will configure and manage NetSuite modules, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management, Intercompany, and Financial Reporting.">
  • The successful individual will drive process improvements for month-end and year-end closing activities.">
  • They will ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.">
  • Additionally, they must have experience collaborating with the Development team to develop custom workflows, scripts, and reports to enhance NetSuites R2R functionality.">
  • Hands-on experience with building financial reports is also required.">

• Delivery Leadership:">

  • This senior consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and clients for Record-to-Record Workstream.">
  • He/She will develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.">
  • The successful individual will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.">
  • He/She will manage project scope, identifying and mitigating risks or potential delays.">
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders is a key responsibility.">
  • This position involves providing mentorship and guidance to project team members to ensure successful delivery.">

• Procure to Pay (P2P):">
  • ">
  • The ideal candidate will lead the design and configuration of NetSuite solutions to support end-to-end P2P processes, including procurement, vendor management, invoice processing, and payments.">
  • He/She will optimize workflows for purchase orders, approvals, and vendor communication.">
  • The successful individual will implement and support NetSuite modules such as Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Inventory Management.">
  • He/She will analyze client requirements to develop tailored P2P solutions that meet business needs.">
  • Automating key P2P processes working with the Development team through custom workflows, scripts, and integrations is also essential.">
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements for procurement and payment activities is a critical responsibility.">
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to P2P processes within NetSuite is also required.">

• Project Delivery Lead:">

  • This senior consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.">
  • He/She will develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones and deadlines.">

  • He/She will facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are managed.">
  • Identifying and mitigating risks or potential roadblocks during project execution is crucial.">
  • This position involves providing regular status updates to stakeholders on project progress.">
  • Supporting user training and post-go-live activities to ensure successful outcomes is also essential.">

Qualifications:

• ">
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field.">
• 4+ years of experience with NetSuite, including R2R process implementation and support.">
• Proven track record in leading and delivering NetSuite implementation projects.">
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).">
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.">
• Proficiency in NetSuite business processes.">
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.">
• Effective communication and presentation skills.">
• NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation) preferred.">
