Role Overview

We are seeking a
Finance / Business Functional Consultant
who brings strong expertise in business and finance processes, combined with hands-on experience in ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite). The ideal candidate should also have
basic technical knowledge
—particularly around workflows, saved searches, and system configurations—to bridge the gap between business needs and system functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client workshops to gather business and finance requirements (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, etc.).
  • Translate business requirements into ERP configurations and functional specifications.
  • Design and document business processes, workflows, and approval flows.
  • Configure ERP/CRM systems for financial and operational modules.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support customizations, SuiteScripts/workflows, integrations, and reporting.
  • Provide user training, UAT support, and post-go-live assistance.
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities for clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in ERP/CRM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, FP&A, Revenue Recognition).
  • Exposure to ERP tools such as Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or SAP.
  • Familiarity with system workflows, saved searches, and basic scripting (not mandatory but preferred).
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
